SWIG Smalltalk to C in a dialect neutral way

Ian Upright is working on a way to write C and C++ libraries and connect them to Smalltalk in a dialect neutral way. This should provide a solid foundation that will make it easy to have a C++ framework that is functionally identical accross all Smalltalk dialects, and the Smalltalk extensions to those frameworks are potentially source-code identical accross all the Smalltalk dialects.
