Exercise Ball as Office Chair

With all the back pain I’ve had lately, I decided to try out the exercise ball today as my chair. I’ve been alternating back and forth between my normal Herman Miller Aeron chair and the ball. My back muscles are so weak! I’m a little after only half the day. I’ll keep you posted on how it works out. I have been setting a 30 minute timer on my PC to remind me to switch and stand every 30 min. I’m hoping this all helps! I think I need to stay off my bike for a few weeks so my back can heal and get stronger again 😦
