Back Exercises

I’m trying to do back exercises again daily. I’m taking it easy so I don’t re-injure myself like I did last time. I’m doing short intervals of plank, side plank, push ups, bridge, knee to chest stretches, hamstring stretches and some exercise where you balance on one hand and the opposite knee. It is hard to not over do it. The last time I started feeling good with no back pain for a while was when I was doing these same exercises daily so I’m hoping it works again.
