Today we had a guy come to level our concrete walkway up to our front door. The concrete had become very uneven along the walkway – enough to create a trip hazard. I was worried about making it worse – having the concrete break or something. It turned out just fine. He drilled a series of holes in the concrete and then pumped more concrete through the holes to raise up the concrete in certain areas until it was level. It cost $275 which is probably cheaper than having a potential buyer use it as a negotiating point. Negotiations on homes tend to be measured in thousands instead of hundreds. It took the guy about 3 hours of work.
